MPSA Section Description and Call for Papers The caucus seeks proposals for papers and panels related to the beliefs and activities of Latinos in the United States. Topics might include the Latino vote, pan-ethnicity and perceptions of shared fate, minority-majority voting districts, Latino political representation, and intersections of race and gender in the Latino political arena.
